I’m dedicated to helping you grow and thrive.
About Me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 25 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples, including over 20 years in private practice. I earned my PsyD from the California School of Professional Psychology, my Master of Social Work from Columbia University, and my undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley.
Throughout my career, I have worked in both community mental health and specialized treatment settings, supporting clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, eating disorders, and complex relationship challenges. My approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy with relational and psychodynamic perspectives, drawing on extensive training in anxiety treatment, motivational interviewing, family systems, and trauma-informed care.
I bring a steady, collaborative presence to therapy, tailoring our work to your unique goals while balancing practical tools with deeper exploration. Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship strain, life transitions, or long-standing patterns that no longer serve you, my aim is to help you build clarity, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.

I can help.
Find steadiness in the midst of anxiety
When your thoughts feel overwhelming or your nervous system won’t slow down, we can work together to help you feel more grounded and in control.
Understand the patterns beneath the surface.
Sometimes the same themes show up again and again in relationships or self-criticism. Together, we gently explore what may be shaping those patterns.
Create meaningful, lasting change.
Therapy is not just about feeling better in the moment. It is about building insight, resilience, and a stronger sense of self over time.
