Fees & Logistics
Session Fee
$300 per 50-minute session
Consultation
I offer a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation to help determine whether we are a good fit.
Insurance
I do not accept insurance directly. However, I am happy to provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
I recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
Frequency & Length of Treatment
Sessions are typically held weekly, especially at the beginning of therapy. As we make progress, we can adjust frequency based on your needs and goals.
Therapy length varies depending on your concerns and what you hope to gain from the process.
Format & Location
In-person sessions in Marin County. Telehealth sessions available throughout California and New York.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee. This allows me to hold consistent space for all clients.
